A FREE chalk art competition for cash prizes. The 2015 event took place in Bronstein Park at the corner of Hanover and Union St. All ages and backgrounds welcome to compete. Organized by InTown Manchester, Elm Grove Companies, and Studio 550 ART CENTER.
