After School Classes

An 8-10wk session is offered Fall, Winter and Spring, depending on how many holidays land in that session. All classes encourage exploration while sharing techniques and skills to form a solid base of understanding for the subject being covered.
We have clay-focused and drawing/painting-focused classes. There are also teen-only and youth-only classes.
Home School Classes
Sign up for Home School Classes! (when available)
Home schooled kids are welcome to join any of our after school kids classes. View the classes offered above or contact us if you have 8 or more students in the same 2-3 year gap age range who would like to take a class. We can possibly schedule something for your group specifically. Small group sizes and wide age ranges are more difficult to organize.
1-day Parent & Child Workshops
The price includes one hand-sculpted piece per person. All ages are welcome, but if the child is 5 or under, parent & child can choose to sculpt a single piece together.
NOTE: This is NOT a wheel throwing class. The wheel is recommended for kids 9+.
Family Pottery Wheel:
This crash course on the pottery wheel includes a demonstration, about an hour on the wheel, some time for clean up, and at least one piece finished
and fired per person. Extras may be kept for $5 each. Create side by side and have a blast making something that you can eat your snacks out of or
drink from!
NOTE: 9 yo+ only. Smaller bodies have a difficult time on the wheel, and we don’t want one’s first experience with the wheel to be frustrating simply because of body size!
Family Watercolors! (mixed ages)
The subject changes each month! Come paint side by side with your little one as you explore the joys of watercolors together.
