Students under 9 are welcome in 1-day workshops! Students 7-8 are welcome to get a group of 6 or more friends/classmates together and we can discuss hosting a class session just for you (pending availability).

Home School Classes Please contact the studio if you would like to schedule a class for a group of home school kids. With a group of 6 or more students, we can host classes on your schedule (pending teacher and studio availability). Home schooled kids and other alternative education students are welcome to join any of our after school kids classes.

Parent & Child

NOTE: Online registrations close 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop. However, if a workshop is showing as not available online, call us anyway, because there might still be space for you.

Family Clay Sculpting Workshops: Every project has ample room for customization and creativity, so independent thinkers can take the projects in whatever direction they choose.

The price includes one hand-sculpted piece per person. All ages are welcome, but if the child is 5 or under, parent & child can choose to sculpt a single piece together.

Since the project changes each month, families can participate in multiple workshops and never get bored!

Reserve your space here.
NOTE: This is NOT a wheel throwing class. The wheel is recommended for kids 9+.

Family Pottery Wheel Workshops: 9+ only. Smaller bodies have a difficult time on the wheel, and we don’t want one’s first experience with the wheel to be frustrating simply because of body size!

This crash course on the pottery wheel includes a demonstration, about an hour on the wheel, some time for clean up, and at least one piece finished and fired per person. Extras may be kept for $5 each. Create side by side and have a blast making something that you can eat your snacks out of or drink from! Reserve your space here

Family Clay 5-Day Class Occasionally, we offer this short class for families to learn together. We will sculpt with clay and explore the pottery wheel.  The instructor will be focused on giving equal attention to all students, so younger students may need more help from parents. This class is held by request when there is a group large enough (6+ people).
