Studio Rental
Reserve one of our studios to:

  • Teach a class or workshop about something you are amazingly good at and unstoppably passionate about. Dance, yoga, music instruction, group coaching sessions, private lessons…
  • Hosting a social meeting or a party. Maybe the occasion is a Baby Shower, a Bachelorette Party, or a Family Reunion. Maybe this is a gathering of a book club or just people who like card games, or … who knows?  We have tables and chairs that are available for set up.

Before you reserve floor time, let’s get to know each other and answer any questions. Email us with questions and Book a studio tour with us. Teaching Renters need their own insurance, students must all sign a Studio 550 liability Waiver before participating in activities, and we reserve the right to not book someone that competes with existing teachers.

The rental rate is $25/hr.

The Studios Available
1) We have a 500SF multi-purpose studio with wood floors and mirrors (ideal for movement classes, parties, etc. and is pictured above).

2) We also have a studio art room that is a better space for non-movement, slightly messier art classes (picture below).
